Course Description

This beginning to intermediate 3 CE home study course discusses workplace stress. The course will discuss topics such as the physical effects of stress and stress-related illnesses, how stress impacts attendance and productivity in a work environment. It will also discuss common unhealthy coping habits and common causes of employee stress. This CE will also discuss and explain workplace interventions from the organizational and individual approach including mindfulness training as stress management techniques.
