This concise, research driven article is designed for the reader to consider the impact of trauma exposure when the victims narrative is spiritual in nature and to discuss how spirituality can be integrated into psychotherapeutic intervention strategies for psychotherapists.

A portion of the proceeds from this workshop benefits the Melissa Institute For Violence Prevention and Treatment, a non-profit organization dedicated to the study and prevention of violence through education, community service, research support and consultation.
