Grievance Policy
Mindset Continuing Education is committed to providing high-quality continuing education programs that meet the ethical principles and standards of the American Psychological Association.
Step 1: Immediate Concerns
Participants who have concerns about the content or presentation of a CE program should contact the program coordinator during or immediately following the program.
Step 2: Written Complaints
Written complaints regarding a specific CE program should be submitted within 30 days of program completion to:

We will respond to all written complaints within 15 business days.
Step 3: Unresolved Complaints
If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, participants may contact the APA Office of CE Sponsor Approval at cesaoas@apa.org
Mindset Continuing Education maintains written records of all complaints and their resolutions for a minimum of 3 years.
A written copy of this grievance procedure is available upon request.
Mindset Continuing Education is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Mindset Continuing Education maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
