MindsetCE.com is owned and operated by Ewing Diagnostic & Psychological Services, Inc.

2. Privacy and Data

Your personal information will never be sold or shared with any outside or unaffiliated parties under any circumstances.

3. Communications

As a MindsetCE member, you may occasionally receive emails from MindsetCE or TherapyCommunity.org, both of which are owned by Ewing Diagnostic & Psychological Services, Inc. These communications may include CE course announcements, platform updates, and information about professional resources available through our affiliated platforms.

You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email. Unsubscribing will not affect your MindsetCE account, course access, or CE records in any way.

4. CE Records and Certificates

MindsetCE maintains CE completion records and certificates for a minimum of 4 years per APA continuing education record-keeping requirements. Certificate verification is available at mindsetce.com/verify.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

MindsetCE is a professional continuing education platform intended exclusively for licensed and pre-licensed mental health professionals. By creating an account you agree to the following:

Permitted Use

MindsetCE may only be used for its intended purpose — accessing continuing education courses, tracking CE credits, storing legitimate CE certificates, and managing professional license renewal requirements.

CE Vault Usage

The CE Vault is provided exclusively for storing legitimate continuing education certificates and related professional development documentation. Users agree to:

• Upload only authentic CE certificates and professional development records
• Never upload explicit, offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content
• Never upload content unrelated to professional continuing education
• Never upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination:

• Uploading explicit, pornographic, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Attempting to circumvent post-test security measures or share test answers
• Creating fake or fraudulent CE records
• Impersonating another professional or using another person's license information
• Using the platform for any purpose other than professional continuing education
• Any conduct that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws

Account Termination

MindsetCE reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice. Users who engage in prohibited conduct may be reported to their state licensing board where appropriate.

Mindset Continuing Education maintains sole discretion in determining violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.

MindsetCE instructors are compensated for their course development and instruction. Specific compensation arrangements are confidential. All instructors have disclosed any potential conflicts of interest which are displayed on each course page prior to purchase.

MindsetCE provides continuing education content for informational and professional development purposes only. Users are responsible for verifying that CE activities meet their specific state licensing board requirements. MindsetCE is not responsible for changes in state licensing requirements or board regulations.
