MindsetCE collects the following information to provide our continuing education services:

• Name and contact information (email, phone)
• Professional credentials and profession type
• State license information and license numbers
• CE completion records and post-test results
• Course enrollment and progress data
• CE Vault uploads and outside CE entries
• CPD activity logs (for applicable states)
• Program evaluation survey responses (stored anonymously)

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide CE services, issue certificates, track your renewal progress, and communicate with you about your account and available programs. Survey responses are stored anonymously and used only in aggregate to improve future programs per APA Standard E.

Data Sharing

We never sell or share your personal data with outside or unaffiliated parties under any circumstances.

Your information may be shared only between MindsetCE and TherapyCommunity.org, both of which are owned and operated by Ewing Diagnostic & Psychological Services, Inc. This sharing is limited to account coordination and platform communications as described in our Terms of Use.

Data Retention

CE completion records, certificates, and associated documentation are retained for a minimum of 4 years per APA continuing education record-keeping requirements and California Board of Psychology standards. Survey responses are retained indefinitely in anonymous form for program improvement purposes.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting support@mindsetce.com. Please note that CE completion records and certificates will be anonymized but preserved as required by APA record retention standards. Your name and personal identifiers will be removed.

MindsetCE uses cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that share your data with outside parties.
